1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to YO DRIVE. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Vehicle Owner”, or “Scanner”) and YO DRIVE Platform governing your access to and use of the YO DRIVE website, applications, smart QR stickers, and telephony bridges.

By purchasing, activating, affixing, or scanning a YO DRIVE QR tag, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

YO DRIVE provides smart automotive contact solutions designed to protect privacy on public roads:

• Physical Smart Stickers: Encrypted, weatherproof vehicle QR tags linked to verified vehicle registrations.
• Masked Cloud Telephony: A private telephony bridge that connects third-party callers to vehicle owners without disclosing the owner's real telephone number.
• Vehicle Owner Dashboard: A self-service portal to activate, manage, transfer, or pause vehicle contact bridges.
• Emergency Services Directory: Direct access buttons for national emergency helplines.

3. Vehicle Registration & Account Accuracy

When registering a YO DRIVE sticker, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the registered owner, designated driver, or authorized custodian of the vehicle associated with the sticker.
• You will provide an accurate, active 10-digit mobile number and verify it through OTP authentication.
• You will immediately update or unlink the tag if you sell, scrap, or transfer ownership of the vehicle.

4. Physical Tag Affixation & Maintenance

Users are responsible for properly affixing the YO DRIVE sticker:

• Stickers should be placed inside or outside the windshield, rear glass, or body panel in a location that does not obstruct the driver's field of vision or violate regional motor vehicle regulations.
• Ensure the QR code surface remains reasonably clean from heavy dirt or mud so that standard smartphone cameras can read the code.

5. Scanner Rules & Prohibited Conduct

Anyone scanning a YO DRIVE vehicle sticker agrees to use the contact feature solely for legitimate reasons (e.g. wrong parking, blocking a driveway, vehicle lights left on, accidental damage, or road emergencies). You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or demean vehicle owners through the calling bridge.
• Use the bridge for commercial solicitation, telemarketing, spam, or promotional calls.
• Repeatedly trigger the telephony bridge without a valid purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the tokenization scheme, bypass cloud routing, or discover the underlying telephone numbers.

Violators will be permanently blacklisted by phone number and IP, and abusive behavior may be reported to law enforcement.

6. Telephony Bridge & Fair Usage

To prevent network congestion and protect owners from excessive disturbance, YO DRIVE employs fair usage parameters:

• Calls may be automatically capped to standard duration limits (e.g., 2 to 3 minutes) sufficient to communicate parking or emergency status.
• Rate limiting prevents multiple calls from the same source in rapid succession.
• Owners may toggle “Suspended / Do Not Disturb” status from their dashboard at any time.

7. Emergency Services Disclaimer

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The YO DRIVE platform is a civilian convenience calling bridge. In situations involving grave personal injury, active crime, vehicle fires, or life-threatening road accidents, callers must dial government emergency response numbers directly:

YO DRIVE is not an emergency dispatch provider and accepts no liability for delayed medical or emergency response.

8. Intellectual Property

The YO DRIVE name, logo, car emblem, sticker design formats, mobile UI, proprietary tokenization algorithms, and website copy are the exclusive intellectual property of YO DRIVE. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, counterfeiting, or trademark infringement is strictly prohibited under Indian and international copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YO DRIVE and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Failure of telecommunications networks or cellular carriers to route calls.
• Vandalism, damage, or theft of physical stickers affixed to vehicles.
• Disputes, disagreements, or physical encounters between vehicle owners and scanners.
• Vehicle damage, parking penalties, or towing actions taken by law enforcement or parking authorities.
